Corgi Juniors were initially called Husky, then like Matchbox they aquired whizz (Superfast) wheels . Many Juniors had the same castings as their Rockets cousins, albeit with different coloured bodies and bases.
The bases did not always change during that time .
Some had there original Husky base but with a label on it with the name
Corgi Juniors.
This Jaguar came from the Husky range when Corgi Toys changed his line in 1970 to Corgi Juniors
On these Pictures from the Jaguar and tracktor you see that the Husky name is gone .
Instead of that they have a label on it.
On some models like the Chevrolet Van ,the name changed to US Van.
Maybe they lost there licence for the brand name .
After the Mettoy failure the new compagny toke over the old stockpile and so you may find some
US Vans or Chevrolet Vans with Made in Britain on the base.
About the Blancks versions ,they mosly used for Promotions and for third party,s.
A blanck version could also be found with only the text: Made in Britain.
